CHOOSE YOUR CONNECTION

Connect to your computer

Choose the option that matches your computer. Always connect the data cable to the USB-C port on the camera body.

POWERED USB-C

One cable. Ready to go.

If your computer’s USB-C port supplies 5 V / 2 A, connect the camera to your computer with the included USB-C to USB-C data cable. No external power source is needed.

GO A LITTLE FURTHER

Record what’s in the room

Save the camera’s footage locally to a MicroSD card. Record while connected to a computer, or use the battery to record independently.

Up to 128 GBexFAT format1080p MP4
See the MicroSD recording steps
  1. Prepare a MicroSD card (sold separately). Before first use, format it as exFAT with an allocation unit size of at least 64 KB. Formatting erases the card. Back up your files first.
  2. With the camera powered off, insert the card. Power on and enter Meeting Mode. The MicroSD light should be solid blue.
  3. Press Record to start; the recording light blinks. Press it again to stop; the light returns to solid white.
  4. Power off the camera before inserting or removing the MicroSD card. Hot swapping is not supported.

If the MicroSD light flashes blue, check whether the card is full or incorrectly formatted.

A LITTLE HELP, IF YOU NEED IT

Frequently asked questions

My computer can’t find the camera. What should I do?

Check that the data cable is connected to the camera body, not the battery charging port. Allow startup to finish, then try another USB port on your computer. If the port supplies insufficient power, attach the fully charged magnetic battery.

Why does my camera keep restarting?

Repeated restarts usually indicate insufficient USB power. Attach the 10,000 mAh magnetic battery to the bottom of the camera for additional power.

How do I charge and control the battery?

Connect an external power source to the battery’s USB-C charging port. Press the battery power button once to turn it on, or twice to turn it off. The display shows the remaining charge percentage. The battery turns off automatically after an extended period of inactivity. The manual states approximately 6–8 hours of meeting use on a full charge.

Can I connect directly to a phone or tablet?

No. The camera is designed for Windows and macOS computers. Mobile access to AI content processing does not mean the camera can connect directly to a mobile device.

Do I need drivers or AI software for video calls?

No. The camera is plug and play on Windows and macOS. Select PANOCORE-360 as your camera, microphone, and speaker in your meeting app. AI software is for the additional transcription and processing workflow.
